1. Why this service exists

Purlin Automation Pvt. Ltd. wants to hear about serious concerns early. You can use this service if you are an employee, supplier, customer or partner and you believe something connected to our business is illegal, unsafe, dishonest or against our values. Examples are bribery or corruption, fraud, safety or product-quality problems that could hurt people, harassment or discrimination, and misuse of confidential data.

2. How to report

Send an email to purlinautomation@gmail.com with the subject "Confidential - Whistleblowing", or call +91 9972544339 and ask to make a confidential report.

Please describe what happened, when and where, who was involved, and any documents or evidence you have. You may report anonymously, but if we cannot contact you we may not be able to ask for more detail.

3. What happens next

Your report goes to senior management and is not shared with the people it concerns. We aim to acknowledge it promptly, look into it fairly and take suitable action. Where you have given contact details and it is safe to do so, we will tell you the outcome.

4. Confidentiality and protection

We treat the identity of the person reporting and the details of the report as confidential, and share them only with people who need to know in order to investigate, or where the law requires. Purlin Automation does not accept retaliation against anyone who reports a concern honestly and in good faith. Knowingly false reports are not protected.
